The service stores documents in a secure cloud. We can find them and upload them at any time.
Connect business partners to electronic document management. Upload contact lists and send mass invitations.
Counterparties can easily join the service by creating an account.
You can track the status of invitations and connections and revoke them if necessary.
Document approval routes
Set up automatic or manual coordination routes with your colleagues. For example, an invoice is with an accountant, and a contract is with a lawyer.
You can specify rules for all documents or add conditions for specific counterparties, document types and statuses.
In Edisoft Docs, the following approval orders are available: sequential, parallel and mixed.
Choose a suitable tariff and connect it yourself. An electronic invoice will be available for payment.
The balance of unused documents, prices and tariff type will be displayed in Edisoft Docs.
You can obtain closing documents in your personal account.
